These terms govern your use of VideoPrompt ("the Service"). By creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to them.

What we provide

VideoPrompt sells access to text prompts written for AI video generation tools. Some prompts are free; others require a one-time purchase or an active all-access pass.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent payment.

What you may do with a prompt

A purchased prompt may be used for personal and commercial projects, including videos you monetise. You may modify a prompt freely for your own use.

What you may not do

• Resell, republish, or redistribute prompt text, in whole or in substantial part.
• Share paid prompts publicly or with people who have not purchased access.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or automate extraction of prompt content.
• Share your account so others can use your paid access.

Results are not guaranteed

Prompts are inputs to third-party AI models we do not control. Output quality varies by model, version, and settings. We do not guarantee any particular result, engagement, or reach, and we are not responsible for changes those third-party tools make.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Prompts may be added, edited, or withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing a prompt does not remove it from the library of someone who has already purchased it.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. Where we terminate an account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of an active all-access pass.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
