Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 19 August 2026

This policy covers purchases made on VideoPrompt: single prompt unlocks and the 30-day all-access pass.

Digital goods, delivered immediately

Everything we sell is digital and is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed. Because the full prompt text is revealed straight away and cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable.

When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund where:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You were charged but access was never granted, and we cannot fix it.
• The prompt you bought is materially not as described on its page.
• A payment was made on your card without your authorisation.

When we will not refund you

• The AI tool did not produce the result you hoped for. Output depends on the model, its version and your settings, none of which we control.
• You changed your mind after seeing the prompt text.
• You bought the wrong prompt but have already viewed its contents.
• Your all-access pass expired unused.

The all-access pass does not auto-renew

The 30-day pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing recurs, there is no mandate on your card, and there is nothing to cancel. When the 30 days end, access simply stops until you buy again. Buying while a pass is still active adds the new days on top of the days you have left.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 7 days of the payment using our contact page. Include the email on your account and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we process a refund it typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Any access granted by the refunded purchase is removed.
